In the heart of a quaint, sun-dappled valley nestled between rolling hills, there stood a small, unassuming coffee farm that had been in the Martinez family for generations. The air here was thick with the rich, earthy aroma of coffee beans, and the rhythmic sound of workers tending to the plants was like a gentle lullaby.
Young Isabella Martinez, with a head full of dreams and a heart brimming with curiosity, spent her childhood wandering through the coffee groves. She’d watch her elders meticulously handpick the ripest coffee cherries, their faces etched with years of wisdom and passion. Isabella was captivated by every step of the coffee-making process, from the careful selection of beans to the slow, patient roasting that transformed them into the fragrant gems she adored.
One sweltering summer afternoon, as Isabella sought refuge from the heat under the shade of a sprawling coffee tree, an idea began to take root in her mind. She’d always been a fan of cold brew coffee, with its smooth, mellow flavor and refreshing chill. But she felt there was something missing, a touch of magic that could elevate it to new heights.
She recalled her grandmother’s tales of ancient brewing methods, where time and patience were the key ingredients. Inspired, Isabella decided to embark on a quest to create the perfect cold brew. She spent countless hours experimenting in her makeshift kitchen laboratory, adjusting the coffee-to-water ratio, steeping times, and even the type of water she used.
After numerous failed attempts, just as she was on the verge of giving up, a fortuitous thunderstorm rolled in. The sudden drop in temperature and the crisp, clean air that followed seemed to infuse her latest batch of cold brew with a newfound vitality. As she took her first sip, her eyes widened in disbelief. The flavors danced on her tongue – notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and a subtle hint of citrus – all perfectly balanced and harmonized. It was as if the storm had breathed life into her creation.
So what is the process of cold brew coffee?
1. Break the coffee beans into small particles.
2. Put the broken coffee particles into the hydrator and add drinkable water at the same time. The ratio of coffee and water is about 1:10 ~ 1:15, according to different processes
3.Use raker to mix the water and coffee well
4.Cold brew: After setting the temperature on the control cabinet, the coolant enters the jacket, the general cold brew temperature is set to 0– 27℃, and the specific temperature must be determined according to different coffee processes.
5.The cold brew time is about 5 hours, according to different coffee processes.
6.After the cold brew is finished, cycle until the coffee juice is clear
7.After coffee juice clear, enter the coffee filter tank
8.The filtered coffee juice enters the fermenter for fermentation (fermentation temperature below 30 degrees, according to different coffee processes)
