Cleaning and maintenance of micro distillery equipment is an important part of ensuring product quality and equipment life. Here are some detailed cleaning and maintenance methods:
a. Equipment Disassembly
Safety First: Before cleaning, make sure the unit is turned off and cool, and disconnect it from power and water supplies.
Disassembly of parts: Disassemble the removable parts such as boiler, condenser, filter, etc. according to the user manual of the equipment.
b. Cleaning
Water Rinse: Rinse the inside of the device with clean water to remove residual alcohol and other substances.
Use of cleaning agent: Choose a suitable food-grade cleaning agent, dilute it according to the instructions, and use a soft brush or sponge to clean the surface and interior of the equipment.
